12 days of Christmas...Day 10

This was our first year to go see Christmas in Calhoun! It was really cool and lots of fun! The kids have already asked to go back another night! I think this will have to be a tradition! We always have a night to drive around and look at lights, and this year we added the Calhoun lights! What FUN!!

12 days of Christmas...Day 9

On the 9th day of Christmas the kids got to pick out their Christmas ornaments for this year!!
Adam went with the 4 mini Saints football helmets!
Jude with Spiderman fighting the Green Goblin!
Krimson really wanted the Tangled ornament, but the store was all out...so she settled with Barbie. I think she's pretty happy with her second choice :)
Eden wanted all the ornaments!! It was hard to narrow it down, but she decided to go with Rudolph!

12 days of Christmas...Day 8

On the 8th day of Christmas we colored in our HUGE Christmas coloring books and watched another Christmas movie!!
Marc reading a Christmas book to the boys before bed!

12 days of Christmas...Day 7

Jude has been looking forward to this day for a week now!! Jude's Kindergarten class went to see Santa at the mall and he couldn't wait to tell Santa what he wanted! Here he is looking at me as he's about to tell Santa what he really wants!
On the 7th day of Christmas Jude and his class got to meet Santa!
We (Me and the kids) also made our MONSTER cookies (aka Lisa's Cookies)! This is a Christmas tradition too b/c it makes so much and this time of year we have lots to share with! Here is Adam pouring in the oats as Krimson stirs.

Now adding the CHOCOLATE!!!

In the words of the kids, "WOOOOOW!"
Merry Christmas to all of our teachers, neighbors, and friends who will get a nice big plate of these!!

12 days of Christmas...Day 6

Things got a little crazy the night we went to Scrooge and I didn't get any pictures. BUT! the 6th day of Christmas we went and saw the play SCROOGE and it was great!! Eden was a little wiggly, but the 3 older kids loved it and the cookies after :)

12 days of Christmas...Day 5

Every night of December we read between 1 and 4 Christmas books.
So, on the 5th day of Christmas I wanted to get one of the nights Marc was reading to the kids!
Eden was really enjoying this book!!
They all love reading our Christmas books!

Adam LOVES all our Christmas activities and really enjoys all the excitement, fun, and traditions this time of year!! I LOVE it!!!

12 days of Christmas...Day 3

One the third day of Christmas the boys went to the Children's museum that was decorated for Christmas while the girls and I were at a Birthday party.
The we all met up on the streets behind Marc's work for the Christmas parade!!!

Marc and the boys we watching Scooby-doo coming down the street!!

Eden with on of her treasures that some threw for a float!!
Krimson cheering for the Chick-fil-A cows to throw her a cow!!!
Jude grabbing...something! He was yelling at all the floats, "Merry Christmas! Throw me some beads!"
Eden was excited to see the horses...Jude yelled, "Merry Christmas Cowboys!"
I'm so sad we didn't get much pictures this year at the toy drive. Marc got this shot with his phone and I was watching kids. Once again Adam and Marc worked hard unloading and organizing toys for kids that Marc's work works with. Such a wonderful project for our kids to help with!!
