Baton Rouge

Last Monday we headed to Baton Rouge with Marc for a work conference. It was about a 4 hour drive.

The kids were so excited to say in a hotel! What a treat!?



The kids did great sleeping all together in one room! Eden even did great for her nap!

We swam the first night, then the next day we swam after breakfest till lunch, after Eden's nap till Marc got back, after dinner, and the next morning. That might be why the kids slept so well!?

The kids made bracelets and necklaces with beads that we brought. They worked really hard and did great!

I made Edens and she loved it! She also walked around with her cup of cheese puffs...it was so cute...and messy.

On our way home we stopped at LSU to see "Mike" the tiger. They have an awesome home for him right by the football stadium where people can come by and see him any time. Here is Adam looking at him.

Marc and the kids by the basketball gym named after Pete Maravich! We had an awesome small trip and it was a blast! The kids have already said they want to go back.
