Good Times in Searcy

We headed to Searcy last Thursday and got to see my Grandmother. This was her first time to meet Eden! We had a great time playing at the land with Great Grandma, cousins, Grandparents, and aunts and uncles! Mom and Dad's cat had a kitten 2 weeks ago and Krimson had fun holding it. Adam enjoyed driving the go-cart. Jude played so hard that the last day he was a zombie (also Marc as you can tell from the picture). M-M Watson made a special trip to run a 1/2 marathon with me! It was a great run and we had lots of support from my family the whole way. Angie ran around 3 miles with us, maybe more, and they all gave water and Gatorade 4 times through out the race. After we ran through the t.p. dad had metals for us and Marc had flowers, bananas, and Gatorade. Thanks Everyone! We celebrated Krimson's 3rd birthday with a thumbalina cake and she was so excited. And, I'm glad we got a 4 generations picture with my Grandma Mary! There was never a dull moment.

New Fort

The boys and Krimson spent most of yesterday afternoon coloring the fort with calk. They were under Adam's supervision and they worked long and hard. They were very proud and Adam and Jude took 4 of the 5 pictures. I'll have to say it looks quit nice! If anyone is looking for a fort makeover give us a call!

Eggs, Eggs, Eggs

We dyed eggs last night and it was crazy fun! Everyone wanted to try all kinds of colors and put their hands in all of the dye. (then I had to tell Marc it was just for the kids...just kidding) This morning they loved looking over their creations. Eden was excited that we let her touch them. We also went ahead and hunted for eggs today too! It hasn't lots it's fun! All three older kiddos got after it and were so excited to look inside and see what was in the eggs. I didn't put any of those pictures on the blog because as most of you know 1/2 my kids were just in their underwear. I just went with the close ups...you are welcome.

Bowling

We did $5 all day bowling today and what a blast, well for the boys. Eden slept and Krimson was done 1/2 thru the first game, but the boys didn't want to stop. If we had planned things out better we should have drove both cars, but it was a fun family day. Adam ended up killing my score and Jude pulled spares out of his...? I don't know whose kids these are, but I sure do have fun playing with them!

Baseball Tonight

The boys started their baseball season tonight! They had so much fun! I'll get a picture with them together in their uniforms Saturday. This first game was a night game so I couldn't get Jude in the outfield. More pictures soon!!

Sad Good-bye

I will never forget this image...Jude and Krimson came walking in the house this morning with Jude's arm around Krimson and Krimson carrying her baby. Jude was keeping his eyes on Krimson as she said, "Mommy, Leopard bit my baby." I look at the baby and my heart went out to Krimson (as Jude's was). Krimson had a sad, sad face and you could tell her world just got rocked. We all hugged Krimson and the baby. For the next 2 hours all Krimson could do was talk about her baby. This baby has gotten a lot of love from Krimson since she was 1. Baby was a birthday gift from Grandma Vicki and baby stole Krimson's heart the minute she saw her. (The first picture was on Krimson's first birthday.) Well, Krimson's birthday is at the end of this month, so Marc and I decided that an early birthday present was in order for today. So, Jude, Eden, Krimson, and I went to Toys R Us and Krimson picked out a new baby. Her new baby, named Eden, came with a car seat too and so we buckled her next to Krimson on the way home. When we got home we said our final good-byes to baby and threw her away (Marc suggested to bury her next to brownie, but I thought that was a little much). It was a good two years with this precious baby and now we look forward to the years to come with our new little "Eden".
